Maldives Drive Trip

Arrive at Malé Maldives Airport, boat departs from Malé. All transportation to and from the boat is arranged by us.

  • Double room: $2500.00 per person

  • Single cabin: $3200.00

  • Land island stops for sightseeing may incur a small fee

  • Tips for the dive crew (please bring cash to tip your dive crew. You can tip at the start of the trip or daily, as they work very hard)

Boat Information and Renovation:
The boat, originally built in 2004, was recently renovated in August 2023 to align with modern trends. The company has been in operation for approximately 20 years. The boat features 8 rooms: 6 double rooms with bunk beds and 2 single-bed rooms.

Crew and Diving Team:
The main boat is staffed with 6 crew members. The accompanying diving dhoni has 3 crew members and 2 dive guides, one of whom is a dive instructor.

Itinerary and Diving Experience:
The journey begins in North Malé, moves to North Ari, then to South Ari, Vaavu, South Malé, and finally returns to Malé. We offer 3 dives per day, including a night dive once a week. Additional dives beyond the daily 3 are available for an extra charge.

During the dives, guests can encounter sharks, manta rays, a variety of fish, and vibrant corals. We provide high-quality diving equipment, including a Bauer dive compressor, aluminum cylinders (11-12 liters), weights, and oxygen.

Environmental Policies:
Taking reef products is prohibited throughout the Maldives. However, guests are allowed to take lobsters if they are at least one foot in length. There are coral nursery conservation programs in the Maldives.

Dining Options:
We offer a diverse menu featuring European, Asian, and Indian cuisine, which can be tailored to suit clients' preferences.

Land Excursions:
Guests have the option to visit nearby islands. Note that some islands may charge a fee, which the client will need to cover.

Payment and Deposit Policy:
To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable. The full payment must be made 15 days before arrival.

Insurance:
The boat is insured against sinking. Further details and a photo of the insurance certificate are attached.

Special Activity:
I have arranged for guests to visit a coral nursery in Baa Atoll. Paty will be conducting the coral nursery conservation class, and you are sure to fall in love with the experience. This will include a briefing on its importance and care, showcasing the magic of the nursery.

Additional Land Excursions:
Guests can visit nearby islands, though some may charge a fee. Our itinerary includes stops at B. Dharavandhoo, B. Dhonfan, B. Kamadhoo, and B. Hithaadhoo. These islands are small and walkable, so no buses or vans are needed. We normally stop for 2 hours so guests can walk around the island, shop, take pictures, and have fun.
